Fruit and vegetable purees

The company also manufactures fruit and vegetable purees. Purees is an

intermediate product manufactured by grinding fresh fruit or vegetable

on a sieve to remove inedible parts (peels, seeds, grains).

They contain only the natural sugars contained in fruits.

Manufactured without addition of preservatives or colorants.

 Preserved thermally by pasteurization that secures long shelf life of the product.

The short period of high temperature treatment allows us to preserve the colour and taste of the

product that remain similar to that of fresh fruits or vegetables.
